PRESALES: ENVOY members and above enjoy presale access. Ticket limit, location and access may vary by show and may be determined by performing artist. Performing artist presales may be held alongside Primary or Advance Count Basie Center presales. Seats are limited during benefit shows. Neither Primary nor Advance-level presale access is an implicit guarantee that you will have the opportunity to purchase tickets.
To purchase tickets: Visit www.thebasie.org, our box office at 99 Monmouth Street, or call 732-842-9000. Before visiting the box office, please call to confirm the hours of operation.
CONCIERGE TICKET SERVICE: DISTINGUISHED GUEST memberships and above receive access to a Count Basie Center liaison, who will work with you prior to the public onsale to obtain event tickets. Benefit / charity shows excluded. Concierge tickets must be purchased via phone, and ticket limits and other box office policies may apply. Concierge service is not guaranteed once tickets go on sale to the general public; however, your liaison will make every effort to assist you in obtaining tickets.
BANKED ALLOWANCE: DISTINGUISHED GUEST, GOLD and CORPORATE EXPERIENCE account banks can only be used for tickets ordered through your concierge liaison. Unused balances will expire on the membership expiration date and cannot be carried over. Account bank funds may not be used to purchase tickets to charity or benefit performances.
DIAMOND LOUNGE: Our ENVOY Members and above enjoy pre-show and intermission access to the Diamond Lounge, located on the 2nd floor of the grand lobby outside the historic theater. You must present your membership card to access the lounge and receive complimentary drink tickets*.
The K LOUNGE: Our ADVOCATE members and above enjoy pre-show access to the K Lounge, located on the 2nd floor of The Vogel. VISIONARY members and above may stop by the box office and present their membership card to receive their complimentary drink tickets*.
CINEMA PASSES will be mailed to you. Cinema passes are to be presented at Basie Center Cinemas, 36 White Street in Red Bank. Passes must be presented upon arrival to the cinema, and passes cannot be used for online ticket purchases.
PRIMARY MEMBER ENTRANCE, Our VISIONARY members and above enjoy access to the Primary Member entrance for The Vogel and historic theater shows. Membership cards must be presented to access this special entrance.
