In a career that spans over two decades, Jillian Rhys McCoy has proven over and over again to be a force to be reckoned with. McCoy, who has performed alongside Steven Van Zandt, Southside Johnny, The Duprees, Tommy James & The Shondells and Ben E. King, has also been a member of Jon Bon Jovi’s Kings Of Suburbia project, stacking her resume with not just bits of rock and roll history, but the rhythmic undertones that have lifted the genre from day one.

On this evening, she’s paired with singer / guitarist Anthony Krizan (Spin Doctors, Jimmy Hendrix Experience’s Noel Redding) in front of a force of talented musicians for “Evolution Of Soul” – a journey through the sound and influence of a true American musical artform. From the music of Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder to Prince, Sly and the Family Stone and Aretha Franklin, be prepared for an evening that spans time, reliving some of history’s greatest soul anthems, plus songs of the great American songbook reimagined with unique, soulful twists.

Joining McCoy and Krizan are Joe Bellia on drums (Kings Of Suburbia, Southside Johnny), Steve “Muddy” Shews on bass (Southside Johnny, Gary U.S. Bonds), Ron Haney on guitar (Alicia Keys, The Churchills, Bobby Bandiera) and Rob Clores on keyboards (Jesse Malin, Colin Hay, The Black Crowes).
