Jake Thistle’s “Late For The Sky – The Jackson Browne Tribute pays musical homage to one of the 20th century’s greatest American folk/country/rock songwriters whose legacy is cemented in both the deep emotions his songs have stirred for fifty years, his unwavering social and political activism and the incredible artists that he’s produced, written for, recorded and performed with plus the many who have covered his songs! Those artists, a Who’s Who of Rock and Folk royalty include Bruce Springsteen, Linda Ronstadt, the Eagles Warren Zevon, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Gregg Allman, Joan Baez, the Byrds, Nico, Tom Rush and others!
From crowd pleasing popular radio hits of the 1970’s and 1980’s to deep albums cuts from Jackson’s earliest releases, these timeless songs light up the stage as they are brilliantly performed by the incomparable Jake Thistle and his band of veteran New Jersey musicians.
