Lizzie Finn
A New Jersey native, Lizzie Finn– writer, director, and producer—launched her career in the East Coast independent film scene. She filled a myriad of crew roles (script supervisor, assistant director, assistant editor) on films produced by Kevin Smith’s View Askew Productions (A Better Place, Big Helium Dog, Vulgar) and was hired by Tapestry TV as a segment writer on Discovery’s Emmy-winning educational series Greatest Inventions with Bill Nye. Lizzie is currently the Development Director for Last Stop Productions and has several projects (shorts, features, TV pilots) in various stages of development.
As a script consultant and story coach, Lizzie uses the Gateless Writing methodology to nurture each writer’s unique voice. In 2020, she launched a screenwriting academy at Project Write Now in Red Bank, NJ, to provide education, support, and networking opportunities for screenwriters of all ages.
