Kids Yoga & Mindfulness for the Arts

Wouldn’t it be nice for your child to exercise, have fun, and improve focus and concentration at the same time? This class combines yoga and mindfulness activities and a beginner meditation, giving them tools to pay attention, increase focus, and balance their emotions, that will carry with them through the rest of their lives. It incorporates building strength, flexibility, and ultimately improving overall health, social skills, and school achievement. This yoga class is a safe and fun environment that uses 5 components: connect, breath, move, focus, and relax, through fun and engaging games and activities. Come join the fun and the valuable benefits of yoga for kids, that they can use at home, school, or anywhere they go.
