Mindfulness fosters a person’s sense of well-being, with evidence suggesting an ability to improve attention while decreasing anxiety and stress. Together, parents and children can develop the mindfulness skillset and become less reactive to adverse situations. The first two weeks of this session is for parents; the second two for children, and the final for both. Through breathing exercises, visualization, creative arts and discussion, this opportunity is designed to help you develop a mindfulness practice.

$95 • (Includes both parent and child)
A one time $10 family registration fee will be added per season.
Robyn Ellenbogen is a visual artist and student of Zen Buddhism and an artist in residence at many N.J. hospitals, where she works with chronically ill children, young adults and their families.
